Our serial-connected medium frequency melting furnace system
inlcudes two types, one is one power cabinet with two furnaces and
the other is one power cabinet with one furance . Specifically for
the first type, a resonant dual output power cabinet is connected
with the two furnaces together, output power can be randomly
distributed to the two furnaces simultaneously in stepless mode ,
so working stage of the two furnaces can be switched without the
help of additional switching devices.
With regards to its efficiency , it features a stable and
continuous operation with its resonant design and a wide load
matching range. For rectifying part of power cabinet, it adopts a
fully open design with low harmonics and high power factor,
ensuring higher utilization rate of the transformer and saving
transformer capacity landline fee by 15% rate.
Differrent metal such as copper, aluminum, steel and iron etc.. can
be melted with this system.

One power cabinet can drive two smelting furnaces in a synchronous
manner and providing continuous supply of molten iron for the
pouring line. Both furnaces can also melt raw material
simultaneously, it can be applied to any tonnage, either small or
large.
