firstly ,carry out sandblasting treatment on it, then it is coated
with porcelain in electrostatic spraying method, then it is treated
in a oven with 220～240℃ temperature.
It is necessary to adopt dust-proof and splash-proof technology
when oil cylinder for tilting the furnace works in a casting
environment. Our company's dust-proof and splash-proof technology
has already achieve a good working effect.
Its power supply has Thyristor type and IGBT transistor type, we
