The working principle of the medium frequency melting furnace is
that a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit
converts alternating current into direct current, then a
single-phase inverter bridge is applied to invert the direct
current into a single-phase medium frequency current with certain
frequency (usually 1000 to 8000Hz).
The control system of this type of power supply is fully digital,
which is to calculate and process various signals and execute all
actions automatically according to the set program. By replacing
the sub-relay control circuits with digital control system, it can
also avoid potential equipment failures caused by poor contact of
relay contact points.
