furnace, oil melting furnace , other fuel melting furnace or electric melting furnace, it is a new type of melting furnace
which is called electric induction melting furnace with three parts
including medium frequency power supply, induction furnace and
cooling unit with cooling pipes. Old fuel or electric melting
furnace are mostly rejected by casting factories in China because
of its high energy saving, large body , evironmental contamination
and low melting efficiency etc..
Our energy-saving electric furnace’s performance including safety,
energy saving and environmental protection etc.are much more higher
than national standards. We posses our own patents for our
technology to make our induction melting furnace system in the

Power supply of all our furnaces are all medium frequency type.
Currently, thyristor serial-connected electric induction melting
furnace is very popular and it is widely applied in casting
factories and it is also one of the lowest engergy consumption
equipment and its power factor is higher than 0.95. Compared with
parallel-connected thyristor types , its power efficiency is much
higher than others and it can save power 20% higher than them
