Its working principle is the famous physical principle "electricity
produces magnet and manget produces electricity" , when the
alternating power source from transformer goes into the power
supply cabinet, it is converted into direct current by three phase
fully controlled rectifier , then direct current is converted into
medium frequency alternating current by a single phase inverting
rectifier, the capacitors inside the power supply cabinet is
connected with induction coil inside the furnace in serial
connection mode or in paralled connection mode, resonance will
happen between capacitors and induction coil, thereby very strong
manget force is produced to pass through the metal material inside
induction coil, making the electrons of the mateial to be melted
move in alternating direction and they collide with each other
fiercely to produce heat, heat increases to reach the melting point
, therefore, metal is melted.
