frequency melting furnace system, it can save 5% of power
consumption higher than thyristor serial-connected one because it
rejects current-limiting inductor inside thyristor-inverting
melting furnace.
Compared with thyristor, IGBT transistor can not only control
conduction, but also control its turn-off action at will, however,
thyristor must be passively turned off and require time to finish
this action. This makes inverter power factor of IGBT transistor
type much higher (≥97%) and furnace voltage much higher under the
same input voltage
IGBT medium frequency power supply unit adopts such a circuit that
capacitor connects inductor in a serial-connected form, , rectifier
bridge is in an uncontrolled state with a power factor over 0.97,
besides, harmonics are very low during its operation.
Intellegent remote digital control system provided for melting
furnace can let you control and monitor all the running data
wherever you are in your office or at other places.
one power supply can supply the power to one or two or multiple
furnaces, one is for insulation , the other is for melting, both of
them can also melt the metal synchronuously .

for easy transportation and storage. The box is made of wooden, all
the induction melting system are placed in the box and secured with
bubble wrap. The box is then sealed with tape for extra protection.
The box is then placed in a shipping container for delivery.
