Compared with thyristors, new generation of IGBT transistors can
not only control conduction, but can also control its turn-off
action at will. Thyristors, however, must be passively turned off
and require time to finish this action, making IGBT transistor have a higher inverting power factor (≥97%) and a higher furnace
voltage under the same input voltage (380V) , IGBT inverter voltage
is around 2800V. Traditional thyristor inverter voltage is four times lower than
IGBT, it is only 750V - 800V, besides, wiring line loss is low and this can save power up to 15% .
Germany's Infineon's innovative IGBT5 and XT technologies were
first applied to expand the well-known PrimePACK power density,
increasing power density by 25% compared to the fourth generation
technology (2012-2016). It also extended its life to 10 times
longer and current covering range increases to 1800A/1700V.

Thick raw material for the shell of melting furnace, reasonable
match between induction ring and capacitor, intelligent type
digital main control board, constant output and high efficiency

Power supply can drive one or two furnaces at the same time, one
furnace is for insulation and the other is for melting, both of the
two furnaces can be applied to melting the metal at the same time.
