DSP (Digital Signal Processing) Main Control Board. Main control
board is the nuclear control of medium frequency electric furnace.
It is developed on our own. It has advantages such as precise
control and stable performance and automization etc.. Its unique
protection technology developed by us can avoid the problem that
IGBT module will be completely damaged if its any one part is
damaged. Its automatic frequency tracking and automatic frequency
regulation function can guarantee frequency keeps at the maximum
resonance point.
Steady operation and high reliability . For Huarui's IGBT module
medium frequency electric furnace ,even if short circuit, ignition,
steel penetration or water-cooled cable breakage due to burning
happen to furnace, IGBT can’t be damaged any more, so this greatly
reduces maintenance costs.
