Due to the improved technology of aluminum shell induction furnace
system, two of them are able to be powered by a single power supply
cabinet synchronously and melt both raw material simultaneously, of
course, one can be for temperature holding and the other is only
for melting.
The mouth of furnace is built with high-quality quartz sand,
high-grade refractory cement and charred gemstones which are
processed by special pouring technology and vibrated with a
vibrating rod, making it stronger than the traditional ones
reinforced by asbestos and insulation rings. This fixes the
induction ring firmly into aluminum shell furnace and improves its
safety and service life.

inserts to protect the furnace during transport. The box is then
sealed with packing tape and labeled with the product name and
address.
The package is then loaded onto a pallet and shrink-wrapped to

onto a truck and shipped to the desired destination.
